One of the main problems with Reports is that you will need the ID number of the person you are working with. This numbermay begin with I, not 1 (it is difficult to read at times.). My recommendation is to copy and paste the number, copying while you are in the file, pasting into the record request. Sorry for the way the program operates; our hope is to make it as user friendly as possible.
